Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website or play Dearborn After Hours ("the game"), and the choices you have.
The short version
- There are no accounts. We never ask for your name, email or any other personal details to play.
- Your game progress and settings are saved only in your own browser.
- The website pages may show ads from Google, which can use cookies. You can opt out of personalized ads.
Information stored on your device
The game uses your browser's local storage to keep your save file (which bosses you've beaten, side quest progress, play time) and your settings (volume, difficulty, screen shake, language filter). This data stays on your device. It is not sent to us. You can delete it at any time with the game's RESET PROGRESS option or by clearing your browser's site data.
Advertising
This website uses Google AdSense to show ads on its pages. Ads are not shown inside the game.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.
- To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, through Google's consent message. You can change your choice at any time from that message.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. See Vercel's privacy policy.
Suggestions and contact
The contact and suggestion links open a form on a third-party service. Anything you submit there is handled under that service's privacy policy, and may be publicly visible. Please don't include personal information you don't want shared.
Children
The game contains crude humor and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to its use. Since we don't keep accounts or personal profiles, most data lives on your own device and you control it directly. For advertising data, use the opt-out links above. For anything else, use the contact page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
